What we offer

Multilanguage technical support includes:

  • Translation: Technical documentation, such as manuals and promotional material; business correspondence and other documents.
  • Interpreting: Accompanying our client on a site visit to discuss business or technical matters; providing a bilateral interpreting service for business meetings and telephone conversations.
  • Language training. Business language classes are available in German, Mandarin and English for non-native speakers to help our clients understand the language and culture better.
  • Proofreading: English and German documents of many varieties, academic papers in English by non-native speakers (native Chinese and German speakers a speciality).
  • Summarising of technical and/or legal documentation in English or German for clients (but not necessarily providing a full translation) into English, German or Mandarin Chinese.
  • Performing simple technical modifications in the UK on behalf of our overseas clients so that they don’t need to send out their own personnel.

Pricing

Fees vary depending on the complexity and size of the project but a minimum of £50 is charged for all projects. Please contact our office for further details.
